I want to share this double collection by Ottawa, Canada based Silas Tsang who is a finalist for both Texture and Master Hairstylist of the Year at NAHA 2019.
Silas is the owner of “Blushes Salon” and has been a NAHA finalist and took home 2018 Avant-Garde and Master Stylist of the Year winning awards.
