Charlotte holds many awards and titles including 3-time winner Afro Hairdresser of the Year at the British Hair Awards.
Mensah is the owner of HAIR LOUNGE SALON on Portobello road in London and has started her “CHARLOTTE MENSAH ACADEMY ” in her homeland Ghana, enabling and passing on her knowledge to young individuals to improve their and their families lives.
“This collection represents the beauty feminity, strength and power of the
black women. I wanted to celebrate, love and appreciate our God-given
textures. This meant taking pride in acknowledging that certain styles originated from specific regions in Africa.”
